Position: Material Handler

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Pay: $18-21/hr

Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | On-Site

Schedule: FE Days (Sun, Mon Tue and every other Wed) 7am-7pm

In this role, you'll support daily warehouse activities including goods receiving, stock control, order picking, and deliveries to customer locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Transport materials and products to multiple customer sites as needed
• Receive incoming goods, verifying quantities, quality, and proper documentation
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders within required deadlines
• Replenish stock to ensure shelves remain fully stocked and organized
• Conduct routine stock audits and cycle counts to maintain high inventory accuracy
• Utilize a computerized Warehouse Management System (WMS) for daily tasks
• Maintain a proactive mindset toward stock control and warehouse efficiency
• Support additional warehouse or operational tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Dependable, adaptable, and motivated with a strong "can-do" outlook
• Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
• High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
• Experience with inventory or stock control systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage
• Cleanroom experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
• Prior experience using a WMS is preferred
• Forklift driving experience is a plus
